| Kristen O'Sullivan | May 11 2024, 12:01pm | Hi Robert, carry your own food and water. There will be a water station at the hill road to Knockoura - this is about halfway - where you can refill and there will be another water station about 7km from the finish. |

You will come off the Beara way at the first style and ascend Mish Kish. Once you reach the summit, follow the markers to descend back on the Beara way walking. Mostly very good signage and good mix of conditions..I think this will become a must do race on the calendar. Well done everyone |
| Ian Synnott | May 19 2024, 9:10am | I think my wrong course story is the best. Not only did I decide to go up mish fish again but also down it again in the wrong direction :). Added about 1 hour onto my race. I think I was in about 5th place at the time. It was a great day out tho, and thank you to all the volunteers. The scenic beauty of West Cork is the best in the country in my opinion. |

I know many of them were also up most of the previous days supporting the Beara Way Ultra. Fantastic race in a stunningly beautiful part of the world. It was a brilliant weekend from start to finish. We had some craic. |
