| Brian Mullins | Oct 15 2023, 6:46pm | Thanks to Tom, Tricia and all the volunteers for a great race this morning in brilliant weather and in a fantastic location with 360 views of the full Ballyhoura Country and beyond. I managed to see parts of Seefin today that I didn’t know existed and to be fair as I was wheezing my way up them I was cursing all concerned that they did in fact exist. The 3km of bog across the top was a great test and sapped all energy from the legs. A brilliant day out. |

Perfect cool calm sunny morning, super course which had such a great variety of terrain. Lovely views, in particular to the left hand side of the highest climb were stunning. Nothing like a slice of fresh apple pie at the finish line as reward for all that climbing. |
