- Race Director is Barbara Clancy: barbara.clancy@gmail.com Directions: Take the Dublin road from Limerick and take the first exit off the roundabout after Birdhill following signs for Ballina/Killaloe. Cross the bridge from Ballina to Killaloe and take an immediate right at the end of the bridge. A couple of miles (or thereabouts 'ish') out this road you'll come to an obvious car park on the right hand side by the lake. There will be tea, sandwiches and showers after.

Volunteers (Running)
Check with race director if they have a need for people volunteering and running. Race directors need a minimum number of people available throughout the race to make the race work so non-running volunteers are preferable. While it can be helpful, volunteering in a volunteer and race capacity does not count towards qualifying for end of year prize
