Organisers Instructions:

Race Three of Navigational Challenge (NC). Series of 3 races totalling 50km, on open mountain, navigational ability is required. Races are weather dependant and there is a compulsory kit requirement, comprising map,compass,waterproof jacket, food and water. Recommended map Healy Glendalough/ Glenmalure

Volunteers (Running)

Check with race director if they have a need for people volunteering and running. Race directors need a minimum number of people available throughout the race to make the race work so non-running volunteers are preferable.
