All runners must be registered with IMRA for 2009. Any members not yet registered need to fill in a form (available below) and return it to the race director along with race entry form.
Cost : Race fees to be paid at start of Leg-1 Registration

Strict cut-off times will be enforced as follows:
Leg 1: Teams who have not completed leg 1 by 11am will be disqualified and must drop out of the race.
Leg 2: Teams who have not completed leg 2 by 2.30 pm will be disqualified and must drop out of the race.
Leg 3: Teams who have not completed leg 3 by 6pm will be disqualified
Each team are responsible for own transport to and from the start of each leg.Each team is responsible for their own safety, no runners are allowed to start a leg without the previous leg runner arriving safely.

Volunteers (Non-Running)
You need to have done 2 non-running volunteer roles in a calendar year to qualify for end of year prize
Volunteers (Running)
Check with race director if they have a need for people volunteering and running. Race directors need a minimum number of people available throughout the race to make the race work so non-running volunteers are preferable. While it can be helpful, volunteering in a volunteer and race capacity does not count towards qualifying for end of year prize
