Continue straight through 3 roundabouts to a signalled crossroads. Continue straight up Taylors lane trending right onto Grange Road. Turn Left into the The Eden Enterprise Centre and the pub is on the right.

All runners will have to register for the new season so please allow plenty of time. If you are a completely new runner to IMRA please bring a completed form with you. The form can be downloaded on the Forms page of the website and also HERE . As always please avail of the carpooling option. - Prizegiving Location:

Volunteers (Non-Running)
You need to have done 2 non-running volunteer roles in a calendar year to qualify for end of year prize
Volunteers (Running)
Check with race director if they have a need for people volunteering and running. Race directors need a minimum number of people available throughout the race to make the race work so non-running volunteers are preferable. While it can be helpful, volunteering in a volunteer and race capacity does not count towards qualifying for end of year prize
