Leaving Lahardaun towards Crossmolina take first left(I think), (just past Spar) and drive down a very narrow road until you see other cars. It should be signposted at the left turn.

If the mist is down bring a compass, it is very easy to descend on the wrong side of the mountain.

Race directors need a minimum number of people available throughout the race to make the race work so non-running volunteers are preferable. While it can be helpful, volunteering in a volunteer and race capacity does not count towards qualifying for end of year prize
