Start: G.R. O 139228, Directions from Rathfarnam: Ballyboden Road which becomes Edmonstown Road which becomes Cruagh Road to PineForest car park.
From East side of Dublin past Marley park to Tibradden Road, make the 180 degree turn at Cruagh Road and then on to Pine Forest

To all inexperienced runners, this is a very rocky and erorded course and there are ample opportunities for twisted(or worse) ankles. You are warned.

Race directors need a minimum number of people available throughout the race to make the race work so non-running volunteers are preferable. While it can be helpful, volunteering in a volunteer and race capacity does not count towards qualifying for end of year prize
