All runners must bring the above items to the race. The actual kit to be carried during the race will be finalised on the day, depending on conditions etc., and clearly advised at Registration.

You should also have the means to carry all the kit in case required.

Failure to have the required items may lead to you being denied entry to the race, or disqualification. Random checks may be carried out.

Route Description:

An undulating route, mostly of fire-road & single track, with a little bit of forest. Approximately 8.9km long & 227m of ascent. A fast course with speedy downhills and a sting in the tail.

Getting There:

Parking is at St. John's Church carpark with access to the start of the race through the grotto across the road, 2 minute walk. St. John's Church: https://maps.app.goo.gl/hFSxG6UMSvKYK1z58 Cratloe Grotto: https://maps.app.goo.gl/qZXifUsgX57QRJai8 To get there: Leave the N18 at Junction 5 (signposted for Cratloe/Sixmilebridge). After one kilometre, the Woodcross pub will be on the left, take a right turn at this junction. Continue for 1 kilometre & St John's Church carpark will be on the right.
