All runners must bring the above items to the race. The actual kit to be carried during the race will be finalised on the day, depending on conditions etc., and clearly advised at Registration.

You should also have the means to carry all the kit in case required.

Failure to have the required items may lead to you being denied entry to the race, or disqualification. Random checks may be carried out.

Organisers Instructions:

We welcome you to Bweeng for a seasonal race to get 2024 off to a flying start.

You will need to purchase a 2024 imra membership before purchasing this race.
Parking will be at the community hall which is 800m up the road. No parking at Laharn Cross available. Sign in will be at the IMRA van at Laharn Cross which is also the race start and finish.
There will be a 4km Route which will start at 11:20am which is for anyone new to this or any juniors also.
10km version starts at 12:00. Race brief at 11:55am at start line.
It may be advisable to have a warmer clothes or hat you can leave at finish for the walk back to the car.
Remember we have 'no waste' policy, please bring your own cup/mug.

Race directors need a minimum number of people available throughout the race to make the race work so non-running volunteers are preferable. While it can be helpful, volunteering in a volunteer and race capacity does not count towards qualifying for end of year prize
