7k of nice easy Trails across Slievenamuck, with stunning views of the Glen of Aherlow and the Galty Mountains.
Great course for beginners.
- Getting There:
Registration and start is at Rock an Thorabh car park . This is about 6.9km south of Tipperary town on the R664. If you are coming from the Limerick side when you reach the traffic lights in Tipperary town turn right. At the next roundabout, take the second exit and follow this road all the way out to the Glen of Aherlow. Car park is at the top of the hill after the hair pin bend. Volunteers (Running)
Check with race director if they have a need for people volunteering and running. Race directors need a minimum number of people available throughout the race to make the race work so non-running volunteers are preferable. While it can be helpful, volunteering in a volunteer and race capacity does not count towards qualifying for end of year prize
