Location: Plucks, upstairs function room.

The agenda for the meeting will contain (short) reports from the Committee, discussion and voting on any motions from the Members and election of the 2017 Committee. Our aim will be to conduct the AGM very efficiently.

There will be lots of soup and sandwiches and tea and coffee at the meeting.

Please plan to come along to have a vote on key decisions impacting IMRA, including next year’s Committee.

Also, if you have any motions you would like to discuss at the AGM, please send them to committee@imra.ie by October 27, 2016 at 1 pm.

Also, Plucks have refurbed their function room and asked if we could try to avoid wearing mucky runners in there … thanks!

 

Volunteers (Non-Running)

You need to have done 2 non-running volunteer roles in a calendar year to qualify for end of year prize

Volunteers (Running)

Check with race director if they have a need for people volunteering and running. Race directors need a minimum number of people available throughout the race to make the race work so non-running volunteers are preferable. While it can be helpful, volunteering in a volunteer and race capacity does not count towards qualifying for end of year prize
