- Getting There:
- Park in Cahir. Bus will transfer from finish line at Castle to Start line before race. Bus leaves at 8am but keep watch here for updates.
- Organisers Instructions:
- ONELINE ENTRY ONLY AVAILABLE UNTIL 11pm St 25 June. Entry fee €30 includes bus transfer to start and hot meal after. Also includes Race T shirts. MUST BE ABLE TO NAVIGATE. Starting at Anglesborough and Finishing in Cahir Castle. This year the big climbs of Templehill, Lyracappul and Galtymore will be tackled early on leaving the more runnable terrain for later. Mandatoty Kit: Waterproof Jacket, Mobile phone fully charged withRDs number, Food, Water (please not there is no top up point),Compass and Map 74 Osi. Kit will be checked to board bus.

Volunteers (Non-Running)
You need to have done 2 non-running volunteer roles in a calendar year to qualify for end of year prize
Volunteers (Running)
Check with race director if they have a need for people volunteering and running. Race directors need a minimum number of people available throughout the race to make the race work so non-running volunteers are preferable. While it can be helpful, volunteering in a volunteer and race capacity does not count towards qualifying for end of year prize
