From Paradise hill to temple hill there is a flat section on mucky fire road to the base of temple hill. From here it is non stop climb all the way to the top, follow this line up by the spur. When you hit the top turn Left and head to the trig point round this and follow the same route back it is important to run out to turn down where you came up, and target the spur on your way down. The race finishes in the Village.
- Prizegiving Location:
- Pub in Angelsborough afterwards (Registration in Community Centre Car park Angelsborough, Co. Limerick, which is just off the R513 Limerick-Mitchelstown road between Ballylanders and Mitchelstown)
Volunteers (Non-Running)
You need to have done 2 non-running volunteer roles in a calendar year to qualify for end of year prize
Volunteers (Running)
Check with race director if they have a need for people volunteering and running. Race directors need a minimum number of people available throughout the race to make the race work so non-running volunteers are preferable. While it can be helpful, volunteering in a volunteer and race capacity does not count towards qualifying for end of year prize
