Getting There:

Carpark and registration will be near the trailhead for the Ballyhoura Mountain Bike Trails in Ardpatrick, Co. Limerick from 12pm, with the race starting at 1pm sharp. To get here from the N20, turn off at the church in Ballyhea (go east), and travel about 11km to Ardpatrick. Take a right turn here at the village, and then take another right after 2.7km (signposted Castle-Oliver View). The carpark is visible on the right after about 1km (OSI grid reference: R 655 186).

Organisers Instructions:

This race is open to all and the cost is €10 for seniors, €5 for juniors. Please arrive at least 30mins before race start time to give time for race registration.

Please aware that ALL race participants MUST purchase IMRA membership for 2015 and cost is €10 per person for the 2015 calendar year. Please note this is a separate one-off yearly payment, in addition to race cost. Please download the membership form, print and bring filled out form to race. You will be then assigned your 2015 IMRA number on the day. This number is to kept and used in all subsequent 2015 races.

Also, as of the start of January, it is MANDATORY to carry a rain jacket for ALL IMRA races. PLEASE note that under our new national rules, you cannot be allowed to race officially without this ... no exceptions.

Check with race director if they have a need for people volunteering and running. Race directors need a minimum number of people available throughout the race to make the race work so non-running volunteers are preferable. While it can be helpful, volunteering in a volunteer and race capacity does not count towards qualifying for end of year prize
