Great take up in numbers so far, we can still fit in a few more. A reminder of the workshop details: When: April 23rd 2022 Where: Brockagh Resource Centre, Largah, Co.Wicklow What time: 10 am to 3 pm Who is it for: Junior athletes aged 15 years up and athletics that have moved into the senior age groups - 20 years up Workshop details: Morning session: - Morning talk about training for mountain races, with a focus for the juniors on the British & Irish Junior Mountain Running Championships (September 2022) - Outdoor session on the nearby Brockagh Mountain trails involving some hill drills and an example of a mountain-specific training session Lunch (sandwich & drink provided) Afternoon session: - Talk from Sarah about racing opportunities in Europe and how to get into the mountain running scene - Q&A with Sarah.
