Margaret DesmondFeb 23 2021, 8:36pmHi All,
I received this zoom invite today-might be a good one to tune into. Details below:

I am delighted to announce that we will be having a Live Zoom Call with Conor O'Keeffe, Endurance Athlete and Mental Wellbeing Champion on Wednesday 24th February 12:00 - 13:00.

Conor is a 29 year old ultra-marathon runner from Cork. Running Ultra Marathons has given Conor the time and fodder for thought that has allowed him to delve deeply into his own mind. Throughout his journey in Ultra endurance, from winning the Enduroman 200-mile Ultra Marathon or running a loop of his patio for 24 hours straight, Conor has always sought to understand more about himself as a person.

He attributes his steadfast mindset to being his own best friend. When adversity rears its head throughout day to day life, Conor falls back on his own self talk and self-belief to move him forward through these challenges.
