Calendar revised & SD guidelines

With our revised calendar being published at the moment, I'm on to draw your attention to the Social Distancing measures IMRA have put in place for all race days going forward.

As many will be aware, the 3 races on the weekend of July 18th & 19th will be our test outings to see how we can manage as an association and as organisers. With this said, everyone in to race at Lugnaquilla, the Reeks or for the Carauntohil Classic will get an email from the respective RDs with specifics on how we will manage the signing-in procedure with copy of the SD guidelines is also being sent for all to review in advance of race days.
With the above 3 races and as with all to follow (hopefully), for anyone who has a new 2020 Race No. to collect - this procedure is as before. Your bib No. can be collected on race morning. Volunteers will direct you on the day to collect.
Same score for new chip collections - If chips are in use for an event, you will get to collect on race morning.
We will get the shop part for replacement No's and replacement Chips set back up again. If you need either as a replacement, please get it sorted before race days. We are no longer accepting money at events and for the moment, voucher punches are not an option to cover anything.
