These challenges will be designed to fit around your pre-existing training, and all achievable within 2km of your home, whether you live somewhere hilly or flat. Our challenges will be a mix of mobility work, strength endurance training, plyometric drills and high intensity running sessions. Developed and delivered daily (Mon-Fri) to your inbox by coaches Sarah McCormack and Paul Tierney, with accompanying instructive videos.

Volunteers (Non-Running)

Volunteers (Running)

Check with race director if they have a need for people volunteering and running. Race directors need a minimum number of people available throughout the race to make the race work so non-running volunteers are preferable. While it can be helpful, volunteering in a volunteer and race capacity does not count towards qualifying for end of year prize
