Sinead Gaffney Jul 12 2011, 5:46pmWhat Distance is the Junior Race ?
Brendan LawlorJul 12 2011, 6:03pmSinead

Junior courses are usually 4 to 5 km long
Zoran SkrbaJul 12 2011, 9:47pmTO ALL JUNIORS:
We are going to set up a junior race which will have a different start/finish place to the main race. The start/finish will be moved to the end of the bog road (near the stream crossing). The junior route will follow the main route up to the mast and back down. Please beware that the junior start/finish is about 2.5km from the main start/finish line. The juniors will start at 7.30pm, so give yourselves enough time to register and get to the start. (the distance will be about 6k).
Rosalind HusseyJul 13 2011, 12:21amHi

Is it possible two of us from Trinity could get a lift out to tomorrow's race, please? Anywhere around the city centre, or easily accessible would be great.

Can just grab my contact details from myimra, or I'll keep checking here.

Cheers,

Rosalind
Rosalind HusseyJul 13 2011, 10:03amSorted, thanks.
Michael GalliganJul 13 2011, 11:45amZoran,the new start for the juniors with walk to and from makes up same distance as seniors.Might this be a little much for the younger juniors.?
John LangenbachJul 13 2011, 12:36pm(Suggestion for future consideration because I'm sure it's too late to arrange access etc for this year) Because of the road to the mast, Kippure could do a downhill only junior race (or uphill, but I'm being nice). One or two car loads could carry all the juniors to the top.
Michelle RowleyJul 13 2011, 3:02pmI will be leaving from Pearse Street at about 5.30pm, I have space for one.
Rene BorgJul 14 2011, 10:22pmTeam results are up.
