Gerry BradySep 25 2009, 12:57pmThe following teams have been selected to run the British and Irish junior international on 4th October in Sedbergh England. There were some excellent performances in the trials and the teams should perform very well. Race details are available at http://www.imra.ie/events/view/id/679/ including a link to a map of the course which has been described as a steep cross-country course with the climbs more steep than the descents.

Congratulations to all the runners, managers and supporters on fine performances and especially to the athletes making their debut at this level. Hopefully it will be a building ground for the Youths, Europeans and Worlds races in 2010.
