Hazel stapletonJul 3 2023, 10:08amAnother great day out with IMRA Munster in the Glen of Aherlow yesterday. Many thanks to the organising team who laid out a great course which had a bit of everything from green lanes to open hillside, scary dark woods and fast single tracks. The signs were clear and visible and the marshalling was spot-on, especially from the cheerful juniors.
Dariusz GazdowiczJul 3 2023, 10:06pmI can't find myself in the results list and I suspect Frank Coughlan took my place, we have similar numbers.

Stephen O KeeffeJul 3 2023, 11:16pmThanks to Rob and all the volunteers for a very enjoyable race and as Hazel said thanks to the juniors/kids who were marshalling and supportive aswell. Loved the new bit through the woods instead of the fire road at about the 3/4 km mark. Great to be back taking part after 5 long months!!
John CollinsJul 5 2023, 2:56pmDear RD et al.,
thank y'all for the super event especially those (younger / youngster) stewards. Pleasant and well mannered to a person. A great credit to their parents. Way to go. Will see y'all next year DG.
