Rory O'TooleNov 6 2021, 1:07pmHello. Can anyone advise on shoes, please? I’m not familiar with the route and I have Speedcross for the mud and Hoka Speedgoat for compact trails. Any advice appreciated. Thanks.
Kevin LenihanNov 6 2021, 3:48pmThe hokas will work fine..nice running trails for the most part.
Niamh AbeytaNov 6 2021, 5:44pmThe trails are good and well maintained. They consist of woodland trails, open mountain, and rocky trail. Not too much mud, but can be wet. An all round trail runner be fine
