Laura FlynnJul 4 2016, 11:33amWe don't have a race director for this event yet and only one volunteer. Numbers are lower than the Leinster league races so it would be a good baptism for a new Race Director graduate. Also mentors are avialble if wanted which I would recommend if its your first time.
Brian O MurchuJul 12 2016, 7:19pmShort on your volunteering requirements for the LL prize? Vacancies exist on this IC race!
Stuart ScottJul 13 2016, 2:21pmIf anyone would like to RD this race, I would be happy to assist as Deputy RD. I would like to run though.
Brian O MurchuJul 14 2016, 4:58pmLiked the look of the LL prizes yesterday and still to get your volunteering in? The race is in need of some loving:)
Davy DunneJul 15 2016, 10:46amlove the race, love the hoodies, you can chalk me down as a helper
Eoin SyronJul 19 2016, 5:52pmWith less than a week to go before the ultimate race to the highest point in Leinster the question remains can you do it??
Looking at met.ie, rain is spreading from the west during the day so the challenge is to be up and down before it rains.

Thanks to all that have volunteered so far, We still need a Summit Marshal and First aid.
So sign up sign up!
Jean O'Neill2Jul 20 2016, 3:54pmI just tried to volunteer as a helper and came up as a shadow lap top operator! Not for me. Sorry. I usually help with water at the finish. Or whatever---
Peter ParkerJul 21 2016, 12:40pmHi guys. Is there anyone who can give me a lift from Foxrock/N11 ? Thanks
Ken CowleyJul 22 2016, 2:55pmHi. Is there an early-start? At noon, or 12.30?
Eoin SyronJul 22 2016, 3:30pmYes there will be an early start at 12:30.

I still need a non-running First Aid helper.
Brian LeddinJul 23 2016, 9:40amWhere do I find the 'new registration guidelines' that the events page tells us we must read? I'm trying to figure out how to register and pay for this given that money is supposedly not being accepted at the registration later?
Eoin SyronJul 23 2016, 10:01amBrian,

Pre Entry to the race closes at 18:00 the day before the race. To enter the race on the day you need a race voucher.
It is possible to buy a book of 10 race vouchers on line, but that must be done before 18:00 the day before the race also.
Today another runner will probably be kind enough to sell you one of their vouchers.

The new registration details are at the top of the events page listed as the first event.
Kevin O'RiordanJul 23 2016, 10:01amHi Brian, you need to enter the race before 6pm the day before if you want to pay for an individual race. If you're registered for the year, you might be able to find someone at the race who has vouchers and they could sell you one of their vouchers.
Ken CowleyJul 26 2016, 6:56amHi. My time is incorrect in the results. I did the early start - I signed the early-start sheet and I also announced I was an early starter as I crossed the finish line. There were only 3 early starters and we started at 12.36. Therefore 24 minutes need to be added to my result (presuming the main field started on time).
Brian LeddinJul 26 2016, 12:34pmThanks Eoin and Kevin. I bought a 10 race voucher and this was accepted. I even managed to sell a few to other Munster heads who were in the same predicament! Can the remaining vouchers be used in 2017, do you know?
John ShielsJul 26 2016, 1:15pmHi Brian,
Yes, you can use the vouchers next year if there is any credit left on it.
John
John GreeneJul 26 2016, 2:56pmhi, i have 5 races un-punched from a 2015 voucher, am i able to use them this year?.... assuming it's same process as this year's vouchers used next year?
thanks
Brian O MurchuJul 26 2016, 3:06pm2015 vouchers expired at the end of 2015:(
John GreeneJul 26 2016, 7:12pm..but 2016 don't expire until end 2017? What have you got against 2015 :)

Ken CowleyAug 3 2016, 6:38amHi guys, I'm still being credited with a run 24 minutes faster than I did it in (due to the early start). But I realise with the website being down, it probably has not been possible to update results etc.. No rush on it.. I will continue basking in my sub 90-minute result
Pól Ó MurchúAug 3 2016, 8:10amHi Ken, did you email Karen?
