There is limited parking at the prize-giving venue so please carpool to this race. Grid ref for parking: T 158 969.
Organisers Instructions:
REGISTRATION: Will take place at the race start in Trooperstown and will be open from 09.45 - 10.45am. Try to have exact change ready - 7Euro for race entry plus 10Euro for annual IMRA membership if you have not joined for 2012 yet.

CARPOOLING: We request that all cars coming from Dublin direction would call by The Coach House in Roundwood to carpool from there as parking is limited at the race start. There is lots of parking along the road before the pub (don't use the pub carpark). Even better - carpool from Dublin or Kilmacanogue.

JUNIORS: Please check in with Race Director at registration to get your hi-viz bib and race briefing.

SAFETY: Please note that a section of this race is on public roads. Please keep to the sides and be cautious.
Prizegiving Location:
The Coach House Pub, Roundwood
Notes:
This Leinster League race takes place on very good trails. The course is boggy in a few places but otherwise very runnable and starts and finishes on fire road in Trooperstown Forest.

One of the final descents is on scree.

Volunteers (Non-Running)

You need to have done 2 non-running volunteer roles in a calendar year to qualify for end of year prize

Volunteers (Running)

Check with race director if they have a need for people volunteering and running. Race directors need a minimum number of people available throughout the race to make the race work so non-running volunteers are preferable. While it can be helpful, volunteering in a volunteer and race capacity does not count towards qualifying for end of year prize
