Organisers Instructions:

Junior Race: 4k/2.5 mile junior race. How: this year were are trying a "running clock" handicap system. The person with the slowest predicted time sets off first, with the countdown timer set to that time. The first person to cross the line when time runs out is the winner. Entry: free, but donations of prizes welcome as proceeds go to charity.
