Organisers Instructions:
Online registrations only. Entries will close Saturday evening at 6pm. There is an Early Start Option at 10:30 Route will be fully marked and there will be a marshall at the summit. There will be a short course option which leaves out the open mountain section. For safety reasons MANDATORY SHOWERPROOF JACKET MUST BE CARRIED/WORN DURING ALL IMRA EVENTS Please bring the mandatory jacket and have it crossing the finish line. Prizes for first 3 in F/M categories as well as a multitude of spot prizes.
Prizegiving Location:
Currently planning on refreshments and prize giving at the finish area. This is weather dependent and we will move to Ballygawley if weather forecast poor. This the second last race in the North West Mountain Running League.
 

Volunteers (Non-Running)

You need to have done 2 non-running volunteer roles in a calendar year to qualify for end of year prize

Check with race director if they have a need for people volunteering and running. Race directors need a minimum number of people available throughout the race to make the race work so non-running volunteers are preferable. While it can be helpful, volunteering in a volunteer and race capacity does not count towards qualifying for end of year prize
