Organisers Instructions:
Combining several traditions (Bray Head Christmas Flash and the Djouce Djoggers' Djouce Djog), this race has been nominated to remember those IMRA members who have sadly passed away. Overall the intended spirit is for some fun to celebrate the lives of those hillrunners who are no longer with us. Fancy Dress is encouraged! We do our best to remember all those who have passed but if you have a deceased loved one that took part in IMRA races that we're not aware of please email blawlor7 (at) gmail.com. We'll do our best to include any details we have (name, dates active, profile or any other information you can give us). If you have a IMRA race number for the current year you can pre-register in the MEMBERSHIP / SHOP / ONLINE ENTRIES part of imra.ie, once online entries open. If you don't have an IMRA race number for the current year you can get one by going to the MEMBERSHIP / SHOP / ONLINE ENTRIES whilst logged into imra.ie There will be a junior race of approx 4km. Route to be confirmed in due course.
Prizegiving Location:
In the car park directly after the race. A great way to get rid of Christmas left overs!

Volunteers (Non-Running)

You need to have done 2 non-running volunteer roles in a calendar year to qualify for end of year prize

Volunteers (Running)

Check with race director if they have a need for people volunteering and running. Race directors need a minimum number of people available throughout the race to make the race work so non-running volunteers are preferable. While it can be helpful, volunteering in a volunteer and race capacity does not count towards qualifying for end of year prize
