Organisers Instructions:

The Ballyhoura Half will follow a different route this year seeing it start and finish in Kilfinnane. Most of the route will be run up over Sliabhriadh. Sign in before the race at Scoil Pol. Collect race tee at sign in. Post race hot meal and dessert will be served. Aid stations will be at approx halfway point.

Mandatory Kit: jacket, phone, ability to carry 250ml water, some source of energy (food).

You need to have done 2 non-running volunteer roles in a calendar year to qualify for end of year prize
