All runners must have covered a race of minimum 50km in 2019-2021 and must send proof of result by email link to : firstname.lastname@example.org for approval.
Runners will need to get themselves to the start line approx 1 hour before race start in order to enter and kit check and tracker set up.
Mandatory Kit : Rain jacket with taped seams, rain pants, head torch with spare batteries (spare torch recommended), 500ml water capacity, fuel (food), map of route, fully charged phone, backpack. Face covering.
You need to have done 2 non-running volunteer roles in a calendar year to qualify for end of year prize
Check with race director if they have a need for people volunteering and running. Race directors need a minimum number of people available throughout the race to make the race work so non-running volunteers are preferable. While it can be helpful, volunteering in a volunteer and race capacity does not count towards qualifying for end of year prize
