Organisers Instructions:
Entry fee of €35 includes bus transfer to the start (Cahir to Anglesboro leaving at 7.50am), technical t-shirt, hot main course meal, shower. The views are free! Prizes for the top 3 men & women. We would ask that you wash off excess dirt in the river next to the finish line before entering the hotel for your shower. *Sign in at the castle car park from 7.10am to 7.45am. Busses leave at 7.50am SHARP.* This is an open mountain race, you must have experience of this & be able to navigate. Mandatory kit includes waterproof jacket, whistle,hat/buff,gloves,map OSI 74,compass, charged phone with RDs number entered (0876560470), food & sufficient water for the entire race (no top up point). Kit check before boarding bus. Anyone not carrying these items throughout the race will not be given a finishing time.Please bring your IMRA 2017 race number.
Prizegiving Location:
Cahir House Hotel, where a main course meal will be served to each finisher.

You need to have done 2 non-running volunteer roles in a calendar year to qualify for end of year prize

Check with race director if they have a need for people volunteering and running. Race directors need a minimum number of people available throughout the race to make the race work so non-running volunteers are preferable. While it can be helpful, volunteering in a volunteer and race capacity does not count towards qualifying for end of year prize
