Getting There:
Coming from N81, take a left towards Hollywood. Continue up the R756 towards the Wicklow gap. Go as far an Ballinagee Bridge O 036 023. It's approximately 10 km from Hollywood. Entrance is 100 m past the bridge. If you are coming from Laragh, Ballinagee bridge is approx 5 km from Wicklow gap car park. Track is 100 m before the bridge. The hostel will be signposted from here.
Organisers Instructions:
There will be a long and a short course. The long course will be 12 -15 km. You can collect the controls in any order that you like. The short course will be less than 10 km, and will be suitable to those not as confident with navigating, but wanting to learn. Minimum kit required, Jacket, Whistle, Phone. Hat and gloves weather dependent.

Volunteers (Non-Running)

You need to have done 2 non-running volunteer roles in a calendar year to qualify for end of year prize

Check with race director if they have a need for people volunteering and running. Race directors need a minimum number of people available throughout the race to make the race work so non-running volunteers are preferable. While it can be helpful, volunteering in a volunteer and race capacity does not count towards qualifying for end of year prize
